haix...i knw im supposed to be doing my work and
packing and running. but this thing is really
making me wonder larh...after talking to jason
and visiting a certain blog just now, *name disclosed
to protect privacy, that some of our juniors really
dun like rvtt. i think when i first started out, i
didnt feel belonged to rvtt as well. but slowly,
cos i was keen to fit in, and our seniors were very
friendly, we all became quite bonded and really
like what jason said, people in rvtt are uite accepting.
its true...sometimes we just dun want to reach out
to them. staying in our own confort zone. not doing
anything to get accepted. but take an example...
got this junior (*name disclosed) last time also dun
like rvtt, now i think she changed her mind.
i admit that im a very lousy senior larh, didnt go and
interact with them...but a point is i think the sec 1s are
like not responsive to our questions so i thought
no point asking. i also nv make it a point to knw all their
names. only a few more out-spoken ones, maybe not
exactly out-spoken but i dunno why we managed to hit
it off. like xin hui (like cos she is from xnps), yanran,
goh hua and yi jun.



i remembered last time when i came into rvtt i was
also...i mean i think our seniors are like quite scary
and intimidating larh. so i didnt dare to talk to them.
some seniors seemed snobbish to me even. =x
i hope nobody come and kill me after this. cos i
felt so. so i can say i kinda understand what the
juniors are feeling. but gradually, we grew closer and
more bonded. definitely not strangers anymore.
and of course, i found them to be really nice people.
especially this yr sec 3s batch. and of course our dear
sec 4s. after the rvtt camp last yr, it was even more so.
i didnt think it was the games which bonded us, but
then i couldnt really touch on WHAT made me feel more
bonded to rvtt. it is all very funny. cos i have transformed
into a cant-be-bothered-bout-tt-stuff junior to a
faithful-and-proud-member-of-rvtt person. our seniors
really have the kind of impact on us. maybe the juniors have
not seen it yet, since im like sucha lousy senior larh...
but i hope tht after this year's camp, all the sec 1
juniors will feel belonged and bonded to rvtt like i
did. hopefully, i will not see things like "my cca sucks lorh"
in any juniors' blog anymore.



im trying hard to let them understand that it is impossible
to like rvtt instantly but take time. time can really bring
us together. for one thing i should like stop being a
lousy senior and go interact with them. maybe this will improve
the situation. if i did manage to change the thinking of that
one junior, im sure i can do another. maybe i wasnt the only one
or the factor why the junior changed her mind, all
of us did i guess, but the point is she likes rvtt now.
the quotes will be "my cca rocks lorh" instead of "sucks"
then thats good. of course their own commitment to
rvtt is equally important. last year i was counted as...erm
a little bit enthusiastic bout trng sessions? at least that LITTLE
bit is better than none at all. but if after so much i have
said and you still dun feel the closeness and the bond,
its either i am a very lousy blogger who doesnt knw how to
blog the feelings preperly in words, or, you really
dun like rvtt.



any juniors are reading this: even
if you really sun like rvtt, since you are already in it,
you should learn to love it if not every cca day would be
like torturing session for you. and pls try to interact with seniors.
we dun talk to juniors dun mean that we dun care whether
you all exist or not. everyone is impt because it is about a team,
not oneself. and dun bother appealing to cat yeow to change
cca, only like 1 out of 15 ppl can actually successfully change
a cca. and they dun really bother which cca you are in.
the seniors are friendly larh huh, maybe except me larh, haha.
but i wont bite your head off one lorh. go and ask xinhui,
goh hua, yi jun. dun bother asking yanran cos im very
mean to her and she will definitely badmouth me. hahaha
yanran, im jokin. my fav, junior you knw (: haha.
okay so ya. if you still not convinced, can come and find
me, I WONT BITE YOUR HEAD OFF! haha.
